A WebAssembly browser
from the future.
What is
kun?
kun splits the browser in two: a browser process with the UI, the network and the final compositing, and renderers behind a process boundary, each with a main thread for script, DOM, style, layout and paint, and a compositor thread that rasterizes and draws. JavaScript runs in V8. The renderers are threads for now; the boundary is kept so they can become processes.
